Why we exist

Anyone who has to house workers faces two problems on the usual routes: booking portals are built for holidaymakers — prices and facilities rarely fit a six-week assembly assignment. And worker-room portals are collections of listings: you click, call, wait for callbacks, and whether "available" really means available only becomes clear on the phone. With a crew of eight, that effort multiplies.

That is exactly the gap we fill: you describe your requirements once, we do the searching. Not with an algorithm, but with a landlord network we query directly — and with people who know what matters on assembly assignments: a kitchen for self-catering, parking for the van, short distances to the job site, an invoice for the accounts.

What we stand for

• Specialisation instead of a bit of everything. We arrange worker accommodation — no holiday flats, no hotel rooms for city breaks. That is why we know the requirements of construction companies, assembly businesses and individual workers precisely.
• Honest proposals. You are only proposed accommodation we have checked and that is genuinely available in your period. If nothing suitable is available at a location, we say so — instead of sending just anything.
• Reachability. One contact person by phone, WhatsApp or email — before the placement and during it, for instance when an assignment is extended.
• Across Germany and Europe. The focus is on Germany; if your project takes you elsewhere in Europe, enquire anyway — we check what is feasible.
