What is the difference between a worker room, a worker apartment and company housing?
A worker room is a single room, often with a shared kitchen and bathroom. A worker apartment is a complete flat that your team uses exclusively. Company housing usually means larger solutions for whole crews — a house or several units close together. Which option fits depends on headcount and assignment length. You do not have to decide upfront: describe the assignment and we propose the right form.
What does worker accommodation cost?
Prices depend on region, type of accommodation, facilities, headcount and duration — a serious flat figure is not possible. As a general rule: longer assignments and shared units push the price per head down. You receive proposals from us with specific prices. The enquiry and the placement are free of charge for you as the seeker.
Do you also arrange accommodation for tradesmen travelling alone?
Yes. Whether a single worker, a small trade business or a construction company with a large crew — the process is the same: you send the key details, we search. For individuals, worker rooms are usually the best fit; simply leave the "Company" field in the form empty.
Are you a booking portal with listings?
No. With us there are no listings to click through and no online booking. We are an agency: you send an enquiry, we match it against our landlord network and get back to you with accommodation that is genuinely available in your period. The search effort is ours, not yours.

For teams of about three or more and assignments of several weeks, a worker apartment often pays off, because rent and utilities are split across the team and the own kitchen cuts catering costs.
