Can we set up a framework agreement if we have regular demand?
Talk to us about it. If your company houses workers on an ongoing basis, it pays to fix the process once — a permanent contact, well-rehearsed requirements, faster handling for every new assignment. What that looks like in detail is something we agree in conversation, matched to your volume.
How does invoicing work?
You receive proper invoices with all the details your accounts department needs — including for the tax treatment of your workers’ accommodation costs. The exact conditions (billing period, payment terms) are stated with each offer.
What happens if the job site shifts or the project ends early?
Construction schedules shift — we know that. Cancellation and extension conditions depend on the individual accommodation; we clarify them before your decision and lay them out openly so you can calculate. For changes during the assignment, call us and we negotiate directly with the landlord.
We have several job sites at the same time — can that go through one enquiry?
Yes. Give us the location, dates and headcount per site — informally in one email or one phone call is fine. We handle each location individually but coordinate everything through one contact person, so you do not have to manage five parallel processes.
Do you also support posted workers from abroad?
Yes — accommodation for posted teams is a frequent case for us. We take care of the accommodation side: suitable quarters at the assignment location, clear communication with the landlord, everything handled through your company.
