Request a room nowFrom three men up, your own apartment usually pays off
Piecing together single rooms on portals works for one person. For a crew it gets expensive and messy — and in the end your people are spread all over town.
Scattered rooms, scattered people
Three rooms in three streets means three drives, three landlords, three key handovers. In the morning, the driver spends his time rounding up the crew.
More expensive per head than necessary
Single rooms are paid for individually. In a shared apartment, rent and utilities are split across the whole team — the price per head goes down.
Without a kitchen, every evening costs money
Weeks of takeaways and restaurants eat up the daily allowance. A worker apartment with a proper kitchen means cooking for yourselves and doing laundry on site.
Worker apartments that fit the assignment
We are not a booking portal. You send an enquiry, we match it against our landlord network and get back to you with specific, available apartments.
Self-contained apartments
Own kitchen, own bathroom, several bedrooms. Your team lives on its own — no strangers in the hallway or the shared kitchen.
For crews of any size
From a two-room apartment for two men to a house for the whole crew. For large teams, also several apartments close to each other.
Weeks to months
Worker apartments pay off especially on longer assignments. Need an extension because the job is running over? We sort it out directly with the landlord.
Kitchen and washing machine
Cooking for yourselves instead of restaurants every night, washing clothes instead of the launderette. On longer assignments, that makes a noticeable difference to expenses.
Parking for the vans
We ask about parking at every apartment — company vehicles full of tools should not be parked three streets away.
Invoiced properly
For companies, everything is handled with a proper invoice — clean for your accounts and the reimbursement of accommodation costs.

Frequent questions about worker apartments
What does a worker apartment cost?
That depends on region, size, facilities and rental period — there is no flat rate. As a rule of thumb: the more people share an apartment and the longer the assignment, the lower the price per head and night. You receive specific proposals with prices from us and then decide at your own pace. The enquiry itself costs nothing.
Is there a minimum rental period?
That is up to the individual landlord. Many worker apartments are set up for stays of a week or more; some also rent for shorter periods. Tell us your dates — we only propose apartments where they fit, and we clarify extension options at the same time.
How are worker apartments equipped?
Standard features are beds for every person, a usable kitchen with fridge and cooker, a bathroom and usually Wi-Fi. Washing machine, bed linen, towels and parking vary from apartment to apartment — tell us what your people need and we check it with the landlord before proposing the apartment to you.
Can we fit the whole crew into one apartment?
Up to about six to eight people, that often works in a large apartment or a house. For bigger crews, we look for several apartments as close together as possible, so travel and organisation stay simple. Just tell us the headcount — we will tell you what is feasible at the assignment location.
How fast can this go — the men arrive next week?
Get in touch anyway, ideally by phone or WhatsApp on +49 151 12334985. We immediately go through what is available in our landlord network at short notice and usually get back to you the same day. Whether something suitable is free depends on the location and dates — we cannot promise that in advance, but we check straight away.
Worker apartment or worker room — which fits your assignment?
A worker apartment is a complete, self-contained flat: own kitchen, own bathroom, usually several bedrooms. Your team uses it exclusively — worthwhile from about three people and for assignments of several weeks or more, because the price per head goes down and self-catering protects the daily allowance.
A worker room (in Germany known as a "Monteurzimmer") is the leaner option: a single room, often with a shared kitchen and bathroom. For individual workers or very short assignments, it is frequently the more practical and cheaper choice — more on our page find worker accommodation, including an overview by assignment city.
You do not have to commit before enquiring: tell us the headcount and dates, and we propose what is available at the assignment location and makes the most sense financially.
